Dr. Vijaya Baniwal, clinical coordinator at Brite Dental Group, Browns Plains, makes sure we have all the things we need to perform our procedures, and helps organise and promote a sense of inquiry among our team. Some of her responsibilities include: treatment plan presentations, participate in collaborative team work and problem solving with colleagues. Dr. Vijaya plays an integral role in our practice, helping our dentists with a variety of procedures and our patient care coordinators on a regular basis. She also assists in all aspects of dental care including orthodontics and implantology, and also orders all our dental supplies and manages our office’s dental equipment.

She strongly believes that there is always room for improvement and strives to bring that improvement every day.

Outside of work, Dr. Vijaya loves to spend time with her husband and her family. She enjoys home improvement projects, cooking, and watching movies.
